Subscription Plan Payments

​

Fees are payable (credit card only) in advance on the first day of each billing cycle. Customer’s
billing cycle shall be monthly as indicated on the Order, beginning on the Service
Commencement Date. Trinity Chat LLC. will require payment for the first billing cycle before

beginning service. Term of this Agreement; otherwise Trinity Chat LLC. will invoice Customer via
electronic mail to the Primary Customer Contact listed on the Order. Invoiced fees may be
issued on or before the 1st day of each billing cycle.
This Website features service subscriptions that are offered by plan. A subscription plan
requires regular payments to receive the service. The initial term of the subscription is 1 month.

Automatic Renewals of Subscription Plans

When you purchase a subscription plan on the Website, your subscription will automatically
renew each month. We will automatically renew your subscription by using the credit card on
file until you cancel your subscription.

Refunds

The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or otherwise defined term/ period of time and is
non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service. In order to
treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

Upgrades/Downgrades

Upgrading and downgrading of service plans is only available on the first day of your next billing
cycle.

Plan Cancelation

To cancel a plan a 30 day written notice of cancellation must be made from you (the customer) to us (Trinity Chat LLC/Trinitychatconnect.com) and can be emailed to us at info@trinitychatconnect.com.
